Delete your account inside the app
The quickest way to delete your account is through the Langlio app:
- Open Langlio and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing Langlio from the email address connected to your account.

What will be deleted
Deleting your account removes personal data associated with it, including:
- Your Langlio account and profile information.
- Your learning progress and account preferences.
- Your saved phrases, vocabulary and flashcards.
- Your stored conversation and diary content.
- Your Langlio subscription entitlement information.
How long deletion takes
Active production data will normally be deleted within 30 days after your request has been verified.
Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory purposes. These records will not be used for continued learning or marketing activity.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Langlio account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through Google Play or another app store. Subscriptions should also be cancelled through the store account used to make the purchase.
